In order to ensure personal safety and the normal operation of the drum tree chipper, full-time personnel should be designated to be responsible for the management and use of the chipper. The equipment should not be used casually without learning these procedures and usage techniques.
1. In addition to adjusting according to the adjustment method, you must carefully check the equipment before starting to see if there are any tools or objects in or around it that may hinder the starting operation, and whether the upper casing is locked.
2. Nothing other than production feed is allowed on the feeding platform.
3. Check whether the electrical equipment is operating normally.
4. Turn off the power supply and check whether the running direction of the spindle meets the direction marked by the arrow on the casing.
5. Before operation, run the chipper idling for 1-2 minutes to check whether the rotation speed meets the requirements of the equipment. Overspeeding is not allowed and whether there are any abnormalities in other parts. If there is no problem, you can start feeding the raw materials.
6. Feed crops should be even and not too large to prevent clogging. Operators’ hands should not be close to the feeding conveyor belt during operation.
7. When a blockage occurs, shut down the machine immediately. After the equipment has stopped, open the upper cover, clear the blockage, and then restart.
8. Always pay attention to whether there are any abnormal noises during the operation of the drum tree chipper.
9. The raw materials to be produced must not contain mortar, sand, gravel, steel wire, tool parts or other impurities to prevent damage to the chipper or safety accidents.
10. When each shift operation is completed, the power must be turned off after all the crops on the feeding table are fed and no more materials are thrown out of the outlet.
