What are the main inspections of the wood crusher? Let’s find out together.
1. The wood crusher is shipped with a complete installation method. During the logistics and transportation process, the equipment will inevitably be damaged by impact, screws loose, etc. Therefore, after the machine is shipped to the factory, customers should first inspect the spare parts of the crusher. , only after it is clear that the equipment is intact can it be installed firmly;
2. In order to ensure the service life of the equipment, the main shaft bearing of the pulverizer and the output shaft of the reducer must be on the same center line during installation, and a 1-4mm gap must be left between the three cross couplings;
3. Lubricating oil must be added before using the reducer. Please refer to the reducer manual for specific steps;
4. For the electrical control part, please refer to the wiring method in the user manual, and connect carefully. After the connection is completed, please check and verify it multiple times to see if the wiring is reasonable, and ensure that the motor must be reliably grounded for protection;
5. Carefully check the tightness and looseness of all bolts, and make reasonable adjustments if any abnormalities are found;
6. After installation, the wood crusher must be run dry. Before running dry, wipe off the anti-rust oil and dirt from the main machine and attached machine when shipped, and there must be no impurities that hinder the operation.
A dry run is required before formal application:
1. The pulverizer must be run without load. First check whether there are impurities between the moving knife and the fixed knife and whether there is any impact. Manually rotate the main machine of the pulverizer a few times. If any abnormality is found, deal with it and restart it.
2. After confirming that everything is normal, start the dry operation. Check whether the rotation direction of the movable knife and the fixed knife is reasonable (according to the direction of the arrow on the sign on the equipment). Only when there is no abnormality, can the normal dry operation be started.
3. Dry operation requires more than 2 hours, and then check:
A. Are there any abnormal vibrations and noises in the operation of the host machine and its attached machines?
B. Is the reducer leaking oil or making abnormal noise?
C. Is the motor overheated or has abnormal noise?
D. Observe the fluctuations of the ammeter and voltmeter pointers on the electrical control box. When the AC 380V voltage is stable, the current pointer of the 2 motor should not fluctuate greatly.
