2. Production equipment
1. Before starting, ensure that no one is stranded in the dangerous area. Check the surrounding area of the equipment to ensure that there is no one on or under the equipment. Before starting, all surrounding personnel should be informed to draw attention.
2. Follow the relevant standards, danger and warning signs on the equipment, and all transmission components must be equipped with protective covers to prevent flying objects from hurting people.
3. Electrical control and electrical equipment operations must be performed by operators and do not touch any operating components.
4. Do not clear jams while the machine is in operation, and do not perform any inspection, adjustment or repair work while the garden waste crusher is in operation.
3. Basic knowledge of equipment operation
1. During the operation of the garden waste crusher, pay attention to the operating conditions at any time, frequently check the temperature of the motor or the bearings of the waste crusher, and listen for any abnormal noises in the operation of various parts.
2. Strictly follow the material crushing standards, control and adjust the feeding amount of the garbage crusher, and strictly prevent materials from filling the warehouse, overflowing the chute, or entering hard metal, etc.
3. During operation, it is prohibited to open various protective covers and slot covers for repair, maintenance and disassembly of the machine.
4. Before stopping the work, the materials in the garbage crusher must be discharged, and the machine can be shut down only after the machine is idling.

The general state of the operation sequence is: start the subsequent equipment first, and start them one by one in order (leaving an interval).

4.Finishing work
1. After receiving the end of work signal, discharge the garbage crusher to the no-load state. After shutting down, switch the control switch to the power-off position.
2. Clean, maintain, lubricate and prevent rust of machinery.
3. Clean and dehumidify the garden waste crusher production area and the regulating circuit of the machine. After cleaning, it must be restored and sealed according to the standards. The on-site operator shall explain the operation status of the waste crusher in detail to the succeeding operator and any problems that may arise. If there are problems and existing problems, fill in the work log of the class in accordance with the regulations, and report existing problems to the leader on duty in a timely manner.
