2. Inspection before actual operation
1. Check the diesel level from the outside of the engine oil tank. If the diesel level is low, add diesel to the limit. Diesel is prepared with a mixture ratio of unleaded gasoline and 2-stroke engine oil of 25-30:1. Pure gasoline and impurities must not be used. of motor gasoline;
2. Check the air filter element for dirt. If there is dirt, clean it;
3. Check the free gap at the top of the throttle cable and check the actual operation stability of the throttle handle;
4. Check the cutter head to see if the installation nut of the cutter head has fallen off. Please tighten the nut if necessary; check whether the cutter head has cracks, chips, bends or damage, and replace it if necessary;
5. Check the cutterhead protective cover to see if the protective cover has fallen off. If necessary, tighten the protective cover safety bolts; check whether the protective cover is damaged and replace it if necessary;
3. Key points of maintenance
1. Disassemble and install the spark plug, clean the carbon deposits, and measure the (electrode) gap to be between 0.6-0.7mm;
2. Inspect the gasoline filter and clean the fuel tank. Pour out the diesel from the car engine, take out the filter, and slowly clean it; remove the moisture and dirt attached to the fuel tank;
3. Check the radiator through the engine hood to see if it is dirty. If it is dirty, clean it;
4. Check the fuel pipe. If it is aging or leaking, replace it in time;
5. Replace the blade of the vehicle-mounted hedge trimmer immediately.
