1. The crusher is delivered with a sound installation method. During the logistics and transportation process, collision damage, loose screws, etc. are inevitable. 2. In order to ensure the service life of the link, the main shaft bearing of the crusher machine tool and the output shaft of the reducer must be on the same axis during installation, and 1-4 mm must be left between the three cross couplings;
3. Lubricating oil must be added to the reducer before use. Please refer to the customer program reducer operating manual for operating steps;
4. For the control part of household appliances, please refer to the wire connection method in the operation manual, and connect carefully. After the connection is completed, please check and verify it multiple times to see if the wiring is valid, and ensure that the motor must be reliably protected and grounded;
5. Carefully check the tightness and looseness of all bolts, and carry out work effectively if abnormalities occur;
6. After the wood crusher is installed, it must be run dry. Before running dry, wipe off the anti-rust oil and dirt from the delivery of the main machine and attached machines, and there must be no residue that hinders the operation.
It must be run dry before formal use:
1. The pulverizer must be operated at full load. First, check whether there is any residue between the moving knife and the fixed knife and whether there is any collision. Manually rotate the main machine of the pulverizer a few times. If any abnormality occurs, deal with it and restart it.
2. After confirming that the link is normal, start the dry run and check whether the rotation direction of the movable knife and the fixed knife is valid (according to the direction pointed by the arrow on the sign on the link). Only when there is no abnormality can the normal dry run be started.
3. Dry operation takes more than 2 hours, and then check:
A. Are there any abnormal vibrations and noises during the operation of the host machine and its attached machines?
B. Is the reducer leaking oil or making abnormal noise?
C. Whether the motor is over-temperature or has abnormal noise;
D. Observe the fluctuations of the ammeter and voltmeter pointers on the electrical control box. When the AC 380V voltage is stable, the current pointer of the 2 motor should not fluctuate greatly.
